LOVE this one, though I was just about to post something very similar for the Macro Day challenge. I like yours much better, though. See? Mine was here: http://photoplay.lastpromise.com/index.php?showimage=130
Yours is incredible, though. Not only with the detail, but with the butte in the background (so clearly Monument Valley!) and the gorgeous colors.
I stumbled upon your site again. This is one of very different ones in the collection. I think abaility to see a diifferent perspective makes the pictures unique. One of the visual aspects of this picture is its resemblance to hands when they are pointed in derogation rather than offered as a helping hand. – Ash

Wonderful shot and grest dof. You have a very nice site and pics. I’ve added you to my favorites.

That barbed wire is incredibly sharp and the out of focus background provides some nice colour. Wicked.

~Monument Valley is an amazing place, one of Mother Nature’s best pieces of work IMO…nice use of DoF here~
Mark
Great picture. DOF is great, allowing the background to be just definable

Beautiful. I agree with Mark.. the outline in the background really gives something special to the shot.

Good focus choice. Perfect graphism.

This is wonderful! I love the DOF and the composition you chose.

I love this and gave it a vote at PhotoFriday’s “Depth of Field” challenge. It should have made the cut!
