oh WOW, what an amazing place 🙂
the point of view is great, takes us right on the balcony with the chairs
funny, saadiq said exactly what I thought, would also like to see a version of this in b&w

It’s part of the Tour du Mont Blanc trek between Courmayeur and La Fouly. The trail leading to this refugio (from either side) is just plain spectacular. What am I saying — the entire trek is just gorgeous! 🙂

Very nice shot. The purple tint is your doing, I assume? I think this shot would even be impressive in black and white. Nice job.

Very striking and the empty chairs add a bit of isolation to the waning day. Beautiful.

Very nice… Is the purple on the chairs from natural light or filters or photoshop is used?

Anne, where is this rifugio exactly? I have been born close to the italian Alps but I don’t recognize this place; its quite impressive.

Stunning scenery. You really do make me yearn for mountains. Australia is just too flat. :o)
